Job Description

- Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation including estimation and BOQ preparation
- Track changes to construction drawings and adjust projections accordingly
- Communicate changes and variations to team members and consultant/subcontractors as needed
- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers consultant and site engineers as needed
- Measure and value the work done
- Quantity take off
- Preparing Inquiry documents and acquire offers accordingly
- Conduct specifications and price comparison
- Validate and verify BOQ price and scope of works
- Preparation, negotiate and follow up on variations
- Software capabilities AutoCAD, Excel, Primavera and others as needed
