Job Description
Education and training:
Preferably you have a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality management or industrial engineering. Having a recognized certification in the field of quality management can be an added advantage.
Experience:
You must have experience in quality management and process improvement. Some positions may require previous experience as a quality manager or quality supervisor.
communication skills:
You must have excellent communication skills to interact with different teams within the organization and with customers.
Knowledge of quality management systems:
You must be familiar with recognized quality management standards such as ISO 9001 and common quality foundations.
