- Implement the Product Compliance, Quality guidelines, as per Corporate/Brand Framework and ensure easy retailing and quality product availability across all retailing territories of the concept.
- To play major role in developing QMS & GTM modules and implement the same across business.
- Work with central sustainability team to develop the group sustainability framework and work with concepts to implement the same
- Develop SLA guidelines for our quality agencies / concepts
- Develop Monthly reporting procedures, high level visibility of the departmental activity for senior management
- Develop test cases, checklists, test data preparation, etc to support regular data checks
- Coordinates quality objectives with third party sourcing partners to maximize product reliability and minimize costs
- Complete compliance audits and submit CAPs
- Audit new or proposed suppliers and ensure profiles are in line with Company requirements
- Regularly visit suppliers manufacturing units to build relationships
- Plans, promotes, and organises training activities related to product quality and reliability
- Set up and control Roving QC system in countries of manufacturing to ensure that our suppliers are maintaining our requirements
- Standardise and establish a recognised AQL system in warehouses in all Countries of Retailing or manufacturing
