- To ensure that all the making and filling areas are complying with the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Quality Verification (QV), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) requirements in terms of material handling, storage, batch making processes and filling process.
- To identify and develop Quality gate controls (Quality Checkpoints/ Critical Control Points, etc.) at every critical stage of receiving, processing, storage, transferring, filling, packaging and dispatch operations of raw/pack materials & finished goods in the factory along with manufacturing and logistics teams.
- To ensure that Quality Checkpoints and Critical Control Points (CCP) in every line and making areas are monitored, implemented, and reported if there is any non-compliance observed.
- > To apply digitalization on the Quality Checkpoints and Critical Control Points ensuring 100% assurance on Quality compliance.
