- Document Review (Vendor-ITP/WPS/Procedures/Other Misc. Docs) & submission to client/vendor.
- Technical Clarifications for various queries.
- Inspection Arrangement at vendor facility for the vendor supplied items.
- Generation of inspection notifications to client & further communications.
- Pre-Inspection meeting notifications & driving PIM with each vendor.
- Preparing Technical Delivery Conditions (TDC) for materials.
- Material Test Certificate Review.
- Technical communications to lab regarding material testing.
- Inspections at vendor facility upon requirements.
- Attending review meetings (Sometimes vendor, client & internal-REI meetings).
- Inspection at vendor facility upon RFI (within UAE).
