- Monitoring quality standards and making adjustments to improve performance
- Reviewing data from compliance audits to ensure that all regulations are being met
- Participating in meetings with senior management to discuss issues or concerns about processes or products
- Conducting investigations to determine the causes of defects or other problems with products or processes
- Maintaining documentation of quality control processes and results
- Training new employees on the company’s standards and policies regarding quality control procedures
- Conducting regular inspections of manufacturing facilities to identify potential hazards or problems
- Evaluating new technology applications to improve processes or products
- Developing methods for measuring product quality and ensuring that it meets specifications
