The Role:

Our client is currently recruiting for an Assistant Production Manager for their busy Production In your new role, you will be responsible for the monitoring of production standards, monitoring product quality standards and managing Team Leaders in the production area to ensure targets are met

As Assistant Production Manager you will echo the quality, legality, and authenticity of all the company values and give customers the opportunity to achieve extraordinary results through the passion they have for their people and

• Managing daily production processes to ensure efficiency targets are met on each day of
  
• Setting up daily production schedules in line with labour cost
  
• Controlling ingredient and packaging Making sure yield and waste targets are
  
• Monitoring product quality
  
• Providing regular production information and performance reports to the Production
  
• Managing Team leaders in the production area including setting up goals and
  
• Monitoring training of new and existing staff in the production
  
• Ensuring all products are produced according to specifications and meet all our quality
  
• Minding day-to-day good housekeeping practices in the production area to make sure the waste is controlled and at a minimum
  
• Leasing with other departments such as the order desk and purchasing to make sure service level targets are
  
• Reporting any maintenance-related issue or a potential issue to the senior management team in a timely
  
• Making sure all paperwork is filled with correct information on each production day in the production
