• Lead a team of statisticians and data analysts in providing insightful and actionable data analysis
  
• Oversee the development and implementation of statistical models and algorithms to drive decision making and improve business outcomes
  
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis projects
  
• Develop and implement data analysis strategies and methods to support the business
  
• Clean, manipulate and analyze large datasets using statistical methods and tools
  
• Develop reports, visualizations and presentations to communicate data insights to stakeholders
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in statistics, data analysis and related technologies
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  
• Mentor and coach team members to help them reach their full potential
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that data analysis efforts align with business objectives

Requirements

• Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
  
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and statistics
  
• Proven experience leading teams of statisticians and data analysts
  
• Strong background in statistics, including regression analysis and hypothesis testing
  
• Excellent communication and project management skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation tools
  
• Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, R or Python
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  
• Knowledge of programming languages such as R or Python is a plus
  
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively with clients
