Quality Control Assistant - Farm Fresh

Job Requirements:

• Plus 2 /Diploma in Food Science.
• Fresher’s / Experience of 1-2 years QA in Food Industry Preferably in Meat and Poultry
• Strong communication, organizational, motivation and leadership skills.
• Software expertise in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
• Ability to manage a workgroup.
• Communication skills in English (written and oral).
• Knowledge in HACCP / FSMS (ISO22000, FSSC22000, BRC)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Online QC for the Organoleptic inspection of incoming Raw materials.
• Carry out organoleptic and physical inspection of in process materials in the production floor and making records.
• Inspection of Food contact surfaces and daily hygiene.
• Verification of the labels before production and approve them before applying on the products, ensure the correct labels are placed on the finished goods.
• Inspect employee personal hygiene.
• Assist Online QC in CCP Monitoring.
• Issuing and monitoring of chemicals required for the production and cleaning purpose.
• Instruct and Monitor the Hygiene Associates for proper cleaning of the equipment’s and facility.
• Inspecting the recipe and ingredients used for production process.
• Assist Online QC to maintain the online Quality Records.
• Assist QA Manager in the customer audits and Certification Audits
• Support the development of food safety, health and quality culture in production process
