Job Description
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field, with significant hands-on experience in quality assurance and quality control in the wiring accessories industry.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the manufacturing processes and technical standards of wire and cable accessories. Knowledge of various industrial standards such as ISO, ASTM, etc.
Experience in quality and continuous improvement: Experience in applying quality assurance methods and developing strategies to ensure continuous improvement in processes and products.
Leadership and Management Ability: Ability to lead and motivate the quality team to work towards defined quality objectives and ensure work adheres to the highest standards.
