Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
Deep understanding of cable manufacturing processes and related quality assurance processes.
Advanced knowledge of quality standards related to the cable industry such as ISO 9001 and others.
Ability to develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans within the factory.
Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends and potential problems in production processes.
