QaQc Engineer

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

§ Quality Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive quality plans for luxury villa construction projects, outlining quality standards, processes, and inspection protocols.

§ Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials, workmanship, and construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

§ Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality inspections and testing results. Prepare regular reports for project management and clients, highlighting key quality metrics and areas of improvement.

§ Collaboration: Work closely with project manager, architects, engineers, and contractors to communicate quality expectations, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.

§ Quality Audits: Conduct internal and external quality audits to verify compliance with established quality plans and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

§ Non-Conformance Management: Identify and manage non-conformance issues, working with the project team to implement corrective and preventive actions.

§ Material and Equipment Approval: Review and approve materials, equipment, and subcontractor qualifications to ensure they meet specified quality requirements.

Client Satisfaction: Engage with clients to understand their quality expectations and address any concerns promptly, fostering a positive client relationship.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

§ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

§ Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in luxury construction projects, particularly in offshore environments.

§ Knowledge of international quality standards and construction best practices.

Certification in Quality Management is desirable.
