- Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with project teams to define quality objectives and deliverables
- Review and approve quality control documentation and reports
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC professionals
