Job Description

- Identify and source International suppliers for food products
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers
- Coordinate and manage the procurement process from order placement to delivery
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any delivery issues
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and monitor inventory levels
- Review and analyze supplier performance and implement improvements as needed
- Stay updated with market trends, new products, and industry developments
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Coordinator/Manager in the food trading, import, export industry
- Fluency in English and knowledge of other European languages is a plus
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
- Understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and international trade regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
- Willingness to travel as required
