- Preparing and following up with procedures for signing contracts between the company's management and its sectors are raised with external entities and preparation of the information material and its coverage globally in coordination with the advertising
- Oversees the requests to photograph the secreted swarms for the company's sectors and coordinate with the authority the foreign Ministry with which the Department agrees to carry out the filming process in accordance with an official contract overseeing the preparation of administrative advertising in newspapers and media for recruitment, tenders and rental.
- Oversees the editing of the company's news and the preparation of media materials on the activities of events and services the company and periodic media reports and its publication in the media as supervised by the center information and constantly developed to provide many local and external media outlets and students universities and institutes with the necessary information to complete studies and research.
- Carries out similar or related duties.
