Job Description

- Undertake all the activities for submission, collection, timely processing of various legal documents and follow up with various government departments to ensure that all activities of the company are done in compliance with the laws and regulations of UAE and company policy and procedure.
- Responsible for all labour/immigration procedures including preparation of applications and submission to the respective government department to enable smooth and trouble-free transaction without incurring any fines or penalties.
- Responsible for renewal of company licenses in Sharjah and other emirates, prepare & obtain necessary documents from Ministry of Finance, Department of Economy & Planning, Civil Defence, Chamber of Commerce without incurring any fines or penalties.
- Responsible for renewal of labour card, employment visa, emirates identity card without incurring any fines or penalties.
- Liaise with all government departments like Ministry of Health, Municipality, DEWA, RTA, Etisalat etc. to ensure all transactions are done on time without incurring any fines or penalties.
- To be up to date with all government procedures and advise management and HR on any changes in government rules and regulations well in advance to ensure smooth and trouble-free transaction.
