Roles & Responsibilities
· Actively market and lease available warehouse spaces to prospective tenants.
· Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates.
· Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring terms align with company objectives and industry standards.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities and tenant communications.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high tenant satisfaction.
· Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
