- Coordinate the provision of soft-services and repair activities, lighting, ventilation and temperature across Zone B properties enhance tenant satisfaction and experience in KAFD Zone B property.
- Monitor Zone B properties’ communal areas, ensuring the delivery of adequate services to maintain them in good condition.
- Manage the effective receipt and fulfilment of Zone B tenants’ or visitors’ requests as per the agreed contractual terms. Interfere should any issue arises to address the situation.
