- Create lists for leasing properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Conduct intermediate-level negotiations during lease processes, providing consultation to clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and other relevant matters to ensure fair and honest dealings.
- Evaluate clients' financial abilities and identify suitable solutions based on their requirements.
- Advertise properties through various channels such as online listings, open houses, and promotional events.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a fast learner
- Demonstrating strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to confidently persuade others.
- Able to communicate effectively and confidently persuade others, with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in developer or from broker background.
