Job Description

Req ID : 2545485
  • Must be knowledgeable of Primavera (P6) scheduling Software and how it can be effectively utilized on the project.
  • Responsible for developing of fully cost and resource loaded project baseline program and Planning deliverables in coordination with all the stakeholders as per contract requirements.
  • Responsible to develop the Progress reports and Meeting Presentations for the projects which includes but not limited to Program Updates, KPI Curves, Progress S-Curve, Progress forecast, Progress tracking sheets, Progress monitoring sheets, Progress markups, Construction progress sequences etc.
  • Monitoring and Control the Project Baseline programs.
  • Manage subcontractors and review subcontractors programmed of works.
  • Attend meetings with client & the project team as required.
  • Prepare updated, revised, recovery, time impact, or target program of works as required for the projects.
  • Prepare contractual correspondences to Client, Consultant and subcontractors which includes but not limited to Delay notices, Notices for claims etc.
  • Expert in developing of Extension of Time claims and review subcontractors EOT claims.
  • Earned value analysis, KPI, Cost and resource reports generating from the Primavera P6 Software.
  • Evaluate, and forecast project progress and performances.
  • Assess the impact(s) of changes and schedule slippages.
  • Coordination with the Project stakeholders such as Project teams, Subcontractor’s Consultant, Client etc…
  • Prepare Planning deliverables for Tender technical submissions which includes but not limited to Tender program, execution methodology, progress S curve, summarized schedules etc.
  • Expert in using Microsoft Office, especially MS excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word etc.
