The Role
The Projects coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Project Manager, in the following: • Projects related reports, updates and documents. • Projects folders (organize and update). • Day to day tasks (update all software, reports, follow up on schedule, coordinationbetween internal departments and suppliers) • Respond to important emails properly, if needed. • Understand & read layouts (Fitout, MEP) • Complete site visit and report back. (If needed) • Ability to meet deadlines.
