Role Overview:

As a Project Operations Manager your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth execution of projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams including project managers stakeholders and department heads to define project objectives establish timelines allocate resources and monitor progress.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop project plans including defining goals deliverables and milestones.
   

2. Resource Allocation: Determine the necessary resources such as personnel equipment and budget required for project implementation and ensure their availability.
   

3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Monitor project risks throughout the lifecycle and take appropriate actions to minimize their impact.
   

4. Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication among project teams stakeholders and senior management. Ensure all parties are informed of project status changes and any issues that arise.
   

5. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate project management processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
   

6. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets track expenses and ensure adherence to financial guidelines. Collaborate with finance teams to forecast project costs accurately.
   

7. Performance Evaluation: Establish metrics to measure project performance and evaluate outcomes against predefined goals. Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
   

8. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members resolving conflicts and addressing any performance issues.
   

9. Quality Assurance: Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and meet established criteria. Conduct thorough reviews and inspections to validate project deliverables.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Business Operations Management or a related field.
   

2. Proven work experience as a Project Operations Manager or similar role.
   

3. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
