Job Description
Job Summary:
The Information Technology Project Manager will plan establish and manage information technology (IT) projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget schedule and scope of project.
- Develops maintains and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives technologies systems information specifications timelines funding and staffing.
- Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
- Establishes and implements project communication plans providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
- Collects analyzes and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Preferred PMP Certified
- Complete Project Management and responsibility.
- Executing SAM Projects roll out of running system together with the partners and customers
- Completed at least 3 large projects in the Area of Software Asset Management ITSM or any Solution Oriented Services.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of enterprise softwares solutions Integration with other IT and Networking solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture.
- Collaborate with technical and business users.
- Collaborate with business partners and vendors.
- Work with the Technical Leads on projects.
- Understands all phases of the company software Project Management
- Runs risk and performance analysis techniques across projects.
- Helps define and promote development standards across teams.
- Perform other duties as required and assigned by upper management.
- Manages and tracks project risks.
- Acts as the technical project management interface to the vendor project team.
- Owning the management of projects communication and organization of all involved parties.
- Leverage SAM data collection normalization reconciliation and other features as needed.
- Data collection of customer licensing information from customer software partners and resellers.
- Contribute to internal knowledge expansion and continual process improvement.
- Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
- Maintaining project timeframes budgeting estimates and status reports
- Managing resources for projects such as computer equipment and employees
- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
- Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
- Conducting risk assessments for projects
- Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
- Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner
- Experience on Zoho Project is preferred
