• Meeting with clients and understand their business and the project’s requirements to clearly define project requirements and expectations
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Create Projects plans using modern project management tools (Ex: MS project) with accurate dependencies & resources assignment
• Develop professional progress reports of projects with reference to project plan in an accurate and timely manner and facilitate decision-making for higher management.
• Facilitate project execution, identify project’s risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to ensure the success of the project while providing pro-active solutions and mitigation plans
• Organize, lead and document regular meetings with internal stakeholders, clients, and third parties
• Facilitate effective communication across cross functional teams
• Prepare Project related material, and documentation
