Oversee and manage the entire construction project showcasing expertise in diverse areas including Civil Marine works Breakwater Quay Wall Backfilling Sheet Piles Caissons Block Culverts Causeway with an added advantage of handson experience in dredging and reclamation.
Develop comprehensive project plans budgets and schedules demonstrating effective resource management to ensure the timely achievement of project milestones and deadlines.
Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive communication providing regular updates on project progress promptly addressing concerns and ensuring continuous client satisfaction throughout the construction process.
Coordinate seamlessly with crossfunctional departments within the organization including survey engineering logistics and other relevant teams ensuring effective collaboration and synergy across various functions for a holistic project approach.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of and adherence to project safety requirements fostering a secure working environment for all personnel onsite thereby emphasizing the importance of safety in the project execution.
