- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field required; master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is a plus.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and innovation projects.
- Deep technical knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Experience in driving innovation and implementing emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in risk assessment, resource allocation, and vendor/partner management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry compliance standards and IT security best practices
- Excellent documentation skills for technical specifications, project plans, and innovation reports.
- Adaptability and a commitment to staying updated on cybersecurity trends and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in risk assessment, resource allocation, and supplier/vendor management, including contract negotiation and vendor performance evaluation.
- Experience in managing Request for Information (RFI) or Request for Proposal (RFP) processes.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in change management and guiding teams through technology transitions.
