- Prepares and propose annual budget for capital expenditure projects
- Prepares workable action plan and tentative schedule based on time estimates and effective utilization of manpower, tools, and materials
- Assist in the design and placing of contracts with consultants for technical aspects of the projects
- Prepares project requirements such as technical specification, drawings, scope of work, manpower and material requirements, time and cost estimates, capital expenditures request, contract conditions, warranty and all other requirements
- Coordinates and consult with any relevant third parties contractors and other departmental members regarding any changes that may have to be made to project implementation and those that may impact cost estimates
- Recommends alternative project engineering processes to aid in the timeliness and cost efficiency of project implementations
- Prepares tenders and specification for all contracts required for the execution of the project
- Monitors all the fabrication work and installation of new equipment, new construction, modification of equipment and modernization projects
- Develops comprehensive checklist and schedule for routine checks and condition of factory, building and peripherals
