Qualifications

Skill and qualification

• Graduate in Engineering (Essential) Mechanical/chemical
• Postgraduate in Engineering (Desirable)
• Membership in Professional Organizations (Desirable)
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Design Engineering environment with lead role for 7 years in discipline project execution (Essential) in mineral beneficiation process/hydrometallurgical processing and material handling projects process/hydrometallurgical processing and material handling projects
• Ability to lead medium teams in a multi-discipline task force-based engineering / lumpsum services environment.
• Proven expertise in, Pre-Feasibility studies, Feasibility studies, FEED and EPC Engineering execution including Field Engineering in Project execution (Desirable) for mineral beneficiation process/hydrometallurgical processing and material handling projects
• Expertise in Design Reviews (Desirable)
• Experience of all aspects of multi-discipline projects
• Performs most assignments independently with instructions as to the general results expected. Receives technical guidance from Engineering Specialists or Supervisors on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed project plans.
