Job Description

- Management of the client onboarding process
- Responsible for responding to all RFP's by way of:
- Preparing the scope of work.
- Cordination with the different teams within KF to ensure that all relevant service line represenation is made in the proposal documents (as required).
- Communicate with external service providers (SME's, Subject matter experts etc) to ensure that the proposal's requirements are met.
- Resource allocation.
- Liase with research on the Client Care Framework to ensure that KF benefits from the coverage and these research presentations are translated into new business opportunities.
- Follow through with team initatives for client reach with other departments such as marketing and research.
- Cordinate with head of department on Human Capital Development so that each member of the team is provided with a rounded experience.
