Job Description
• Good communication, technical and coordination skills • Organized , efficient and good at multitasking • Coordination with contractor for site mobilization. • Site Inspection regularly. • Creating Purchase Order for the Project and awarding Job to selected contractor. • Coordination with accounts department to release different stage payments for project. • Joinery Inspection regularly in various stages. • Coordination with contractor for getting all necessary approval for Outlet from government • Discussing and making list of Outlets with Project Manager to go under Renovations and taking • further approval from upper management.
