PROGRAMMER - UAE NATIONAL
Participate in the development and modernization of the programs needed by users according to the nature of work in the departments of the Authority and the services it provides to raise the level of efficiency of operations and improve the level of quality of work productivity and services provided by the Authority that contribute to the storage, processing and retrieval of the required data efficiently and effectively
- Prepare reports on the activities and tasks entrusted to him in accordance with the reporting system adopted in the Authority and submit them as requested by the direct supervisor.
- Prepare periodic performance reports on the actual achievement compared to the planned, in addition to the obstacles facing the department.
- Organize and save the information, data and documents necessary to make decisions that fall within the field of the job in a way that is easy to refer to.
- Communicate with employees in various administrative units and provide them with the required information within the framework of work
- Adherence to the application of the conditions, policies and procedures of environment, health and safety in the field of work and the standards of institutional excellence and quality adopted locally and internationally adopted by the senior management of the Authority.
Requirements
Preferable requirement s:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or one of the related disciplines
- 1 year minimum experience, volunteer/internship within the field
- ITIL Foundation 2011 Edition
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Microsoft certified Technology specialist (MCTS), Administrating and deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager
- CompTIA Network+ Certification
- CompTIA Security+
