Program Scheduler

Basic Qualifications And Skills Requirements

• Experience with resource-loaded scheduling for large, complex technical projects
• Ability to collaborate with management and team members across functional disciplines in the development, integration and tracking of various project schedules
• Experience with cost estimating and resource allocation using industry-standard scheduling tools
• Fluent in the use of Microsoft Project
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work independently and demonstrates strong initiative, complex problem solving, and
  

an ability to organize assigned daily tasks and the tasks of subordinates with no supervision.

• Possess exceptional communication skills to interact with team members and management.
• Ability to develop employees into a highly skilled, capable, enduring workforce through mentoring, training, and career growth counseling.
  

Preferred Qualifications And Skills Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 4+ years of experience. In lieu of formal education, at least 8 years of progressive related experience in specified field is required.
