- Graduation with 12+ years of experience in managing talent solutions
- Digital First Mindset – Experience in driving process and support digitization through Vendor management systems and integrations
- Experience in working with VMS tools (such as SAP Fieldglass)
- Experience in User Experience Design and driving customer Satisfaction
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in deploying and running a VMS/MSP solution globally highly desired
- Good understanding of the industry’s best practices in Labor/talent Management and regional regulatory requirements
- Cross-Functional Collaboration, Influencing Skills
- Highly Developed People Leadership skills in a Global Multicultural Environment
