We need an experienced Inn or Boutique Hotel Chef for our beautiful, historic manor-style bed & breakfast inn. The location is rural and close to the NH border (not in Burlington). Inn room lodging is available until nearby housing is found.
Chef Requirements:
- At least five years of experience as the Chef in charge of a restaurant in an upscale boutique hotel, inn, or lodge with a 50-seat or larger restaurant serving upscale breakfast and dinners to lodging guests and the public
- Able to develop a team and run a financially profitable dining room
- Experience with special events
- 50-hour work week
- No smoking on the property
Chef Compensation:
- Base salary in the $75,000 range, depending on experience
- The company pays 20% of healthcare
- Paid time off during off-seasons
- 401K with no matching contribution
