Job Description

  • Controlling the stage and monitoring/updating the WMS system, create TOs.
  • Controlling daily Receiving and Distribution activities.
  • Overseeing the WH activities and validating them against his checklists.
  • Apply, Coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
  • Direction on maintaining stock and bin accuracy.
  • Apply procedures and strategies to reduce Handling Damages and inventory Losses.
  • Monitoring the picking process to make sure it’s optimized and uses minimal movement to pick the orders.
  • Checking all replacement orders and risky articles.
  • Instruct the team how to stack the new assortment by identifying their optimal stacking methodology.
  • Assign the WH zones to the team members to identify the responsibilities.
  • Make a random surveillance to the different zones to validate that each area is following the agreed process.
  • Ensure applying the processes efficiently and maximize warehouse productivity.
  • Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork within the workforce.
  • Assign the workload to his team communicate the expectations and coach his team.
  • Measure and report the team's performance.
  • Managing and reporting on warehouse productivity.
  • Conducting housekeeping for the available stocks along with the daily stock count as per the inventory calendar.
  • Clearing all staged material in/ out within the SLA according to the company policy.
  • Monitoring all equipment status and report their condition to apply maintenance requests whenever needed.

Key Skills:

  • 3-4 years experience in a similar role within the warehousing domain.
  • Good knowledge of record keeping and computer literature with ERP or SAP experience
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Professional user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Well Organized & and able to manage warehouse proper activities.
  • Good team management skills to be able to work with others.
  • Ability to fully carry out instructions and responsibilities.
  • Ability to multitask warehousing activities.
