Roles & Responsibilities
Butchering Operations:
Oversee the cutting, trimming, and portioning of meats according to specifications.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Supervise the use of butchering tools and equipment.
Quality Control:
Implement and enforce strict quality control measures for all butchered products.
Conduct regular inspections to guarantee consistency in cuts, weights, and product appearance.
Address and resolve any issues related to product quality.
Inventory Management:
Manage and control inventory levels of meat products.
