Production Manager

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the production process for exhibitions and events focusing on the oil and gas industry.
  
• Manage all phases of event production from concept development to execution ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  
• Oversee the installation of projects ensuring technical specifications and safety standards are met.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned.
  
• Implement quality control and risk management practices throughout the production lifecycle.
  
• Develop and manage budgets optimize expenses and ensure financial targets are met.
  
• Train and lead a team of professionals promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  
• Liaise with clients suppliers and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the exhibition or event management industry with specific exposure to the oil and gas sector.
  
• Proven track record of managing largescale events or exhibitions.
  
• Bachelor s degree in Event Management Project Management Engineering or related field.
