- Plan and oversee the production of joinery products to meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Develop production schedules, allocate resources, and manage production workflow.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
- Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely procurement of materials and components.
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and delays.
- Implement and maintain best practices for joinery and woodworking techniques.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Plan, organize, and manage all production activities related to joinery manufacturing, including cutting, shaping, assembling, finishing, and quality control.
- Monitor daily production schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure accurate interpretation of project specifications and requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
- Streamline production workflows, implement lean manufacturing principles, and introduce innovative techniques to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage and monitor the utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Maintain strict quality standards throughout the production process, ensuring that finished products meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and address any deviations promptly.
