- Supervise and manage all the related production design projects. Manage the operators, draftsman and all machines at the factory related to design production
- Coordinate with the Plant Manager and some with the clients to meet the requirements of the design projects.
- Execute the project in a quality effective structure by meeting deadlines of the client Find ways to improve the process and improve production rates for all the projects
- Add technology to the production process to enhance the quality and efficiency. Operate the Router & CNC machines whenever required.
- Create technical 2D & 3D drawings using the optimum software e.g. AutoCAD, Solid Works, 3D Max, Maya, etc. based on given specifications and calculations from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and site visits. Seeking clarity and understanding from engineers when you are not 100% certain of something.
