Product Manager (m/f/x)
Work location: Dubai U.A.E.

Job duties & responsibilities:
- Manage the regional product roadmap and ensure it aligns with the companys strategic goals
- Become the expert (m/f/d) contact to our local team and markets. Share your experience and knowledge in the team and make sure that the local sales employees are trained and pass the right message on to our business partners.
- Provide training and service support to our B2B customers
- Support in defining the product and marketing strategy for each customer segment
- Actively gather feedback from internal users customers and prospects and where required answer questions as part of social media community management
- Maintain a deep understanding of hand tool market trends to help guide company product decisionmaking
- Manage B2B customer relationships and increase our current customer portfolio & product range in the respective sales channels and markets
- Support of social media activities for the company
Education & experience:
- B.Sc. in commercial business or technical field M.Sc. degree of advantage
- Experience in product management preferably in the manufacturing industry or production of consumer goods
- Passion for identifying and solving customer problems through innovative products and services
- At least 5 years of experience in technical sales with sales budget responsibility
- Good knowledge of B2B commerce
- Drivers license and willingness to travel at least 3 4 days per week
Skills & abilities:
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- Passion to teach and train and uphold brand values
- Selfdriven with strong focus on budgets and targets
- Stress resistant and team player
- Very good English skills verbally and written German skills of advantage
- Good knowledge in MS Office applications and CRM software
