Product Manager

• Conduct data analysis for sales and inventory trends, including PSI and weekly sales reports.
• Monitor new product launches and development schedules, coordinating with HQ and subsidiaries (NPI monitoring).
• Analyze sales performance and forecast for the MEA region.
• Perform channel sell-out and flooring status analysis.
• Conduct weekly meetings with HQ and subsidiary PM & APM to update them on sales operations and provide guidance for issue resolution.
• Travel to Middle East and African countries to analyze market dynamics, including market share and competitor comparison.
• Provide product understanding and training to PIC of each subsidiary.
• Monitor and guide subsidiaries for in-store management (ISM).
• Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) events and initiatives for MEA subsidiaries.
• Prepare weekly reports for the MEA CEO.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Proficient in English communication; knowledge of Korean is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in the home appliance field as a Business Planner/Channel Strategy Assistant.
• Strong time management, teamwork, self-driven, and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to find solutions to various customer issues.
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Effective communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
