Responsibilities
• Conduct market research to identify new potential customers
• Analyze market trends and understand new products
• Plan and assist with new product releases and events
• Maintain technical knowledge through workshops and publications
• Establish contact with new customers understand their needs, and provide support
• Follow up with new customers to negotiate contracts and packages
• Coordinate with Marketing Department for new materials
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and recommend new products
• Provide support to existing customers through product demonstrations
