The US base salary range for this full-time position is $72,000-$108,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

• Create and deliver scaled help content with direct guidance. Assist with identification of appropriate presentation format, style and design, ensure content accuracy, and execute content strategies based on data analytics and understanding of best practices.
• Create and deliver end-to-end content with direct guidance including, mock designs for A/B experimentation, training LLMs with Q/A pairs, and non-GTM updates.
• Take direction from Comms Strategists, vertical lead, and content and innovation to execute content changes throughout the consumer product life cycle.
