Procurement Officer

Our Wholesale Distributor Client is looking for a Sales and Operations Manager to join their San Rafael branch! The perfect candidate for this role will be sales-driven, detail-oriented, a team player, multi-tasker, and will bring with them strong organization and communication skills leading a small team at the branch level. This is a direct-hire, permanent opportunity that reports directly to the Branch Manager and District Operations Manager. Hourly salary between $25-$30, depending on experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Train, supervise, motivate, and evaluate counter staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel
• Oversee branch sales, margin goals, daily, weekly, and monthly
• Develop relationships with clients and vendors
• Assist with maintaining a clean store and warehouse
• Inventory management utilizing company implemented SOP's
• Effective delegation and follow-up skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School or equivalent (Preferred)
• 3+ years of Managerial experience
• 3+ years in the Retail, Wholesale, or Hospitality industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills and multi-tasking abilit
