About the Team
The global Procurement team facilitates multibillion dollar annual purchases across 3 major sourcing hubs including Americas EMEA and Asia. Our mission is to enhance the business units competitive edge by providing excellent visible controllable and deliverable procurement practices & solutions.

The Professional Service Procurement Manager manages all purchasing activities of subindirect categories including Outsourcing Services HR services Consultancy services and other expert services. We provide professional procurement support not only to multistockholders delivering diverse and proper sourcing solutions to different business units.

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage the company service outsourcing activities. Procurement Manager responsibilities include strategising to find costeffective deals and suppliers; finding resources to support rapidly growing businesses in variance business segments and regions; interacting with key stakeholders to identify valid demand and best supplier strategy; as well as doing business compliance for risk control.

Responsibilities
1. Fully responsible for the company service including consulting research and reporting outsourcing and insurance as a Sourcing Manager.
2. Implement and optimise procurement processes to drive business with higher efficiency and lower cost.
3. Support and participate in all sourcing activities and build knowledge of procurement project management.
4. Work closely with business owners with strong business acumen define procurement and supply strategy; help business scale quickly by providing feasibility and innovative advice.
5. Deep diving into the outsourcing service industry at a global level benchmarking category analysing necessary data to select high quality and cost optimised vendors.
6. Manage supplier daily deliverables establish performance measurement system to increase competition between vendors secure supply and deliver efficiency and flexibility.
Qualifications
1. Familiar with Category Management in indirect procurement master of endtoend procurement activities purchase to pay and manage daily activities as a sourcing manager.
2. Great business acumen and logic to organise variance business needs and requests to effectively implement sourcing strategy and process define and manage supplier pool measurement deliver performance to increase efficiency and control cost.
3. Proved data analysis and contract management skills.
4. Excellent negotiation skills good insight into the market and industry and can proactively work with businesses for innovation and changes.
5. Good understanding of procurement systems and tools be able to drive process improvement.
6. Mature proactive and willing to embrace change.
7. Ability to manage high workload.
