Strategic Sourcing
Evaluate potential equipment / subsystem suppliers for eVTOL components, worldwide.
Develop and implement a strategic procurement strategy aligned with company objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring a diverse and reliable subcontractor chain.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and address any issues.
