Job Description

  • Development of budgets and forecasts.
  • Collect consolidate and analyze monthly financial data.
  • Ensure correct financial reporting across all business units through coordination with finance teams in every business unit and the corporate finance teams.
  • Plan and Manage Budgets related to categories and procurement.
  • Advises and creates business-driven financial analyses, ensuring alignment with business strategies, priorities, and financial requirements.
  • Modeling the viability of new business efforts to include cost-benefit analyses, revenue alternatives, and costing scenarios based on the business leaders- strategic direction and input.
  • To Identify Automation opportunities and create project charters and Implement.
  • Oversee and own key control processes across the Majid Al Futtaim Group.
  • Identify new tools for procurement analytics.
  • Developing the reporting formats to deliver for the business real time data to meet the strategy and budget requirements.
  • Solicit and analyse the feedback from stakeholders for the Procurement function.
  • Analyse the spend profile to identify the improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure Procurement is fully compliant with policies and procedures in close collaboration with internal and external auditors.
  • Ensure Procurement processes, controls and systems constantly evolve to align within the wider business and Procurement strategies, and remain effective, efficient, fit for purpose, and keeping up with the state of the art.

Skills

Skillset (job specific technical skills and behavioral competencies needed)

  • Min 7 years of experience.
  • In-depth understanding of control processes.
  • High proficiency in handling, analyzing and ensuring the integrity of large datasets
  • In-depth understanding of FP+A processes.
  • Experience in managing Digital Transformation projects.
  • Experience in managing Automation projects.
  • Proven expertise in advanced analytics and emerging insights approaches e.g., cognitive and machine learning, data visualization.
  • Proven track record using data-driven insights and translating into business savings.
