- Primarily responsible for technical verification of relevant documents, proper schemes, interpretation of procedures, data input and processing transactions or information without error.
- To interface with internal or external parties in order to resolve queries there by achieving quick decisions
- Institutionalize control consciousness while processing through adherence to SOP's. Awareness of compliance policies and directives.
- Monitor procedural/technical knowledge related to processing of standardized transactions/information.
- Process high volume transactions/information accurately within stipulated service standards and turnaround time
- Providing MIS to NSM with Approval/ rejection/ team performance and ensuring disbursals are in line with the MIS released with IBSTMB on daily basis
