Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with over 10 years of experience in the Energy and Chemicals Industry, specializing in the blue and green hydrogen value chain.
- Possess expertise in Electrolysis Packages (PEM, Alkaline, solid oxide, etc.).
- Demonstrate a minimum of 7 years' proficiency in utilizing Process modelling tools like ASPEN/HYSYS, PRO/II, etc., with experience in estimating and crafting execution plans for Process work scopes. Essential strong written and communication skills.
- Capable of independently performing the majority of Process activities. Exhibit a strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Be a self-starter with a dedication to team success.
- Showcase robust problem-solving abilities, generating creative solutions. Manage uncertainty associated with the early stages of the project effectively.
