- Collect, verify, and review data quality during benchmarking in Global Manufacturing Affiliates' facilities.
- Assess competitive positions based on Solomon benchmarking results.
- Document findings and recommendations for presentation to Global Manufacturing management and affiliates.
- Lead the planning and execution of solutions to address identified performance gaps.
- Create expense/margin optimization plans for Global Manufacturing Affiliates' facilities.
- Coordinate with affiliates to establish performance targets and track progress using Solomon metrics.
- Evaluate the future impact of planned capital improvements.
- Develop regular benchmarking reports with Solomon metrics for all Global Manufacturing affiliates' facilities.
